The monthly prize is one (1) $100 gift card to Bass Pro Shops®, one (1) Blue Diamond Machinery Hat, one (1) Blue Diamond Machinery T-Shirt, two (2) Blue Diamond Machinery Pens, two (2) Blue Diamond Machinery Lanyards, two (2) Blue Diamond Machinery Chapsticks, and one (1) Igloo Cooler [Approximate Retail Value $160]. A total of five (5) prizes will be given away. BASS PRO SHOPS® IS NOT AFFILIATED OR SPONSORING THE BLUE DIAMOND MACHINERY GIVEAWAY IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM WITH THE $100 GIFT CARD.

The Blue Diamond Machinery Monthly Giveaway is open to all current or past customers of Nevada, Utah and Arizona in the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY RULES AND DISCLAIMERS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. To enter the Blue Diamond Machinery Monthly Giveaway, leave a review on either Blue Diamond Machinery's Google, Yelp, or Better Business Bureau's pages. One review/entry per person. All reviews/entries must be received by Friday, November 30, 2018 by 11:59PM PST in order to be included in the final prize drawing the first week of December 2018.
    
2. Once your review/entry is posted, your name will be entered in to the Blue Diamond Machinery Monthly Giveaway. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    
3. Drawings will happen the first week of every month and will be posted on social media until the end of 2018, starting in August 2018 for the first drawing and December 2018 for the last drawing. You can only win once. If you do not win, don't worry! You will still be in the drawing for the following months to win. If you do win, you will be contacted to claim your prize.
    
4. To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Blue Diamond Machinery 2880 N. Nellis Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115. Requests must be received no later than the second week of each month until the last month of 2018.
